Being rushed doesn't excuse bad habit's !

Being rushed has gotten more undeserved blame because people need to slow down.Never making yourself a top priority will result in unhealthy habits.If you really don't have alot of time to cook spend a saturday cooking in batches and freezing in portioned sizes.I hate cooking for myself.but I make the time so I can eat healthy and still make food that I like.Today is a prime example  of being rushed.Today is the last time John will be doing a school band concert.He graduates in two weeks.Where does the time go?I made twice baked potatoes for dinner.A lot of prep work.Takes forever and everyone was in a hurry  or had to be some where.I still need a shower and I still made my potatoes healthy.Veggie cheese,horseradish,teeny bit of mayo and low fat red cow cheese wedge ,and avacodo.MMMMM.Good flavor combinations really make all the difference.And I still am putting my blog out.Busy! Busy! But,making time for myself is top priority.If I am neglecting me then I am not at my best for my family.I'll post some  more later tonight.Later!
