Learning Curve for Healthy Choices
So last 2 days I ate meat.Just a little bit mind you,But enough to make my tummy unhappy.I am not against eating meat.I just can't digest it well.So I eat veggies and fruits and yogurt and whole grains.I also drink tons of water.What I have learned is it is very unpleasant to eat meat.I also get constipated ,head aches,tummy aches,and generally an unpleasant feeling all over.Now it's 2 days later and I am so not eating any meat.I made a huge pot of veggie soup.Enough to freeze some for later.My learning curve is growing.I lost 2 whole days because I ate meat.I didn't get any house work done and stayed on the couch for the most part.Add to that my fridge quit! For a whole week I will be using an ice cooler to keep food from spoiling.But,pay day we will get a new fridge.hence another reason for making huge pot of soup to portion up and freeze.This week is sure to be interesting in the kitchen.
